This Privacy Policy describes how GoDo, Inc. ("GoDo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the godoplatform.ai website and GoDo, Inc.'s applications (e.g., GoDo Platform, NewBook) (together, the "Services").

In short: We collect the information needed to operate the Services and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. SMS notifications are opt-in only, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

If you enable SMS notifications in your account settings, GoDo, Inc. will send you account-notification text messages (such as workflow alerts, appointment reminders, and security alerts). Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not shared with or sold to any third party.

SMS notifications are off by default. You will only receive text messages from GoDo, Inc. if you turn on the "SMS notifications" toggle in your account settings, and you can turn it off at any time in the same place or by replying STOP to any message.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Service providers. We use third-party providers (such as hosting and messaging-delivery providers) to operate the Services. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
  2. Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
  3. Business transfers. If GoDo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

For clarity: text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third party for any purpose.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

7. Your Choices

  1. Account settings. You can review and update your account information, including notification preferences, in your account settings.
  2. SMS opt-out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning off the "SMS notifications" toggle in your account settings.
  3. Access and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services.
